What is the Dream Plan Do Club?
We are a community of entrepreneurs and makers that come together to share knowledge and support each other in personal and professional development.
Our goal is to connect smart minds that are on their journey of entrepreneurship through our match-making algorithm. There’s more to come! In the future, members can also join a members-only Slack group, events, meetups, and retreats (online and in-person).
How are matches made?
You will be introduced to a different entrepreneur twice a month on a Thursday.
The introduction email contains a link that allows you to directly contact your match. Make sure to propose some time slots that work best for you and include your Zoom, Google Meet, or similar video chat solution.
We focus on making the best possible quality introductions above all else. Our matchmaking system is based on compatibility among language, timezone, goals, interests, and experience.
What does a typical meeting look like?
We recommend scheduling the meeting for 30 minutes, but both you and your match have the freedom to chat for how long you would like.
Use our meeting agenda template to break the ice and keep the meeting structured.
Who's in the club?
You will find all kinds of smart and passionate entrepreneurs from different backgrounds, countries, and industries.
You will be primarily matched to peers that are in a similar stage as you. We may break the mold at times and match you to folks that are in a different stage of building their company. This creates interesting dynamics from meeting to meeting, as you might be either a mentor or a mentee depending on the experience of your match.
I haven’t received my match, what should I do?
What if my match doesn’t respond?
Give your match a couple of days before sending a polite email checking in with them. If they still don’t answer, please contact us and we will make sure to get you a new match.
What if my match doesn't show up for our meeting?
Members that are not able to attend a scheduled meeting should notify their match in advance and try to re-schedule.
Please contact us when you have scheduled a time with someone and he/she does not show up. Members that fail to show up more than once will lose their membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email us at team[at]dreamplando[dot]club and we will cancel your membership within 3 business days.
